MEET OUR FOUNDER
Khadijat Abdullahi Ibrahim the founder and CEO of Bilkebab — an educator, entrepreneur, transformational business and personal coach, and a visionary builder operating at the intersection of people, culture, and scalable enterprise.
Born in Zaria, Kaduna State, and hailing from Bida, Niger State, she began her career in education in Nigeria before expanding across the United Arab Emirates and the United States. This cross-continental experience shaped her disciplined approach to leadership, systems thinking, and human development.
In 2006, in Minna, she identified a clear market gap — the absence of a structured, accessible fast food experience that delivered both quality and consistency. Rather than adapt to limitations, she built a solution.
From a 20-foot container, Bilkebab was launched as a fast food concept designed with structure, consistency, and scalability from inception — built on execution, not theory.
As her journey expanded, she evolved into a transformational business and personal coach, strengthening the clarity, discipline, and systems behind the businesses and people she develops. This evolution did not define Bilkebab — it refined the operator behind it.
Today, Bilkebab is a scalable, tech-enabled food infrastructure system — delivering consistent taste, operational excellence, and cultural connection, with a clear mandate to establish its presence across states, regions, and major global cities, building wherever a gap exists.

Salawu Taiwo Musbau
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salawu Taiwo Musbau is the Chief Operations Officer of Bilkebab Nigeria Limited with over 26 years of experience in food and hospitality. Appointed COO in 2021, he leads operations and drives business growth across the company’s QSR brands.
He previously held senior leadership roles at Drumstix Food, including serving as Chief Operating Officer, and holds a BSc in Economics from Lagos State University.
Chinedu Emmanuel
Head of Operations
A BSc graduate in Supply Chain Management with an interest in E-commerce, experienced in restaurant operations at Food Concept Plc (owners of Chicken Republic). Skilled in compliance, basic finance, customer service, and health and safety. Currently Head of Operations at Bilkebab Nigeria Limited, driving efficient and effective business operations.
Sode Abubakar
Head of Finance
Biochemistry graduate (BSc, MSc) with experience in restaurant operations, sales, and administration. Former Shift Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Food Concepts Plc (Chicken Republic), with skills in customer service, finance, food safety, and HR. Currently Head of Finance at Bilkebab Nig Ltd., overseeing financial operations and efficiency.
Maisamari Farida
Admin Officer
Maisamari Farida Danbare is an Administrative Officer at Bilkebab, supporting operational efficiency and team coordination.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, and brings experience from research and field operations with Hanovia Limited and One Acre Fund Nigeria, where she contributed to large-scale surveys and data-driven projects.
John Orinya
Procurement Officer
BSc Business Administration graduate with experience in research, public health, HR consultancy, compliance, and procurement.
Held roles at IPSOS Nigeria, Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency, Clark & Haske Hotel Nigeria Ltd, and Ahadi Global Nigeria Ltd. Currently works as a Procurement Officer at Bilkebab Nigeria Ltd.

Our Milestone
Bilkebab started as a 20-foot roadside container at Shango, Minna, serving fresh kebabs and snacks inspired by founder Haj Khadijat’s vision and Bilal’s love for grilled meat.
Just two years later, Bilkebab expanded to include dine-in seating, transforming from a simple chop shop into a welcoming food hub.
Bilkebab evolved into a full restaurant, bakery, and coffee shop with outdoor play areas — creating spaces where families and friends could gather.
With five outlets across Minna, Bilkebab now serves over 200,000 guests annually, continuing to grow while staying true to its roots
